With the creation of their debut CD "Reflections of Time", the exciting world of recording has opened up for The Evans Sisters! A lifelong dream come true for Sal and Meg, the studio experience was an awesome one!
Faithful fans over the years requested many of the songs chosen for the CD and they are all tunes that the girls have sung together forever. The project is an eclectic blend of songs - covers include fan favourites like "Stand By Me", "Crying in the Rain" ,"Under The Boardwalk" and "House of the Rising Sun" mixed with folk classics "The Sound of Silence" and " I'm Sorry".......two originals round out the 12 song compilation - "The Answer" an inspiring, heartfelt ballad composed by Meg and "Ridin' on a Greyhound" an upbeat tune with country flavour  written by Sal. Although the harmonies are the focal point, the CD boasts an interesting range of instrumentation - from simple guitar accompaniment to songs spiced with conga and jimbae beats to the full sound of a 5 piece band. The talents of Mike Uzick, James Taylor, Wayne Willett, Larry Christensen, Betty Anne Northup, Brian McMahon, Dave McBride and Claudette Laffey are all featured .The CD was released the first week of December 2003 and is available at gigs and by emailing postmaster@evanssisters.com
